This painting was a part of my residency in Navasota, TX. The same house across the street that was featured in "Neighborhood Watch", also hosted these two teenagers as they sat down and talked, perhaps sharing feelings, a laugh or a cigarette. In the same way that "Neighborhood Watch" feels like you're snooping on your neighbor for entirely the wrong reasons, I wanted "No Secrets" to be a sweet, vulnerable counterpart.
