This is a part of an ongoing series of paintings of my bike-packing trip through Chile. The work is loosely based on a watercolor sketch of the bike ride to La Junta, one of the towns on the famous Carretera Austral. As though trying to relive a memory, the result is a theatrical reenactment of a small moment in time.
