From the famous climbing crag, The Palace. It is known for its unique columns of rock that jut upwards. This was a gift for a friend who loves rock climbing; neither of us had been to the area before, I wanted to paint her a gift that would get her excited about climbing there. Reference photos were shot for this project from across the way at another crag called Crystal Wall.
